Job Description We are looking for young and enthusiastic Sales Engineers to join our China team based in Guangzhou. This position requires deep knowledge in mechanical engineering, preferably with experience in HVAC. The role will be involved in all aspects of sales process. Your basic responsibilities are: To identify new opportunities and maintains and expands relationships with new and existing customers to promote Smardt’s lines of business. Manage and maintain weekly sales pipeline, forecast & activity. Conduct face to face presentation to clients’ for specific service and product offerings. Provide technical and sales support to both internal and external parties. Maintain a high level of customer contact, effectively resolve problems and/or provide service; deliver on all commitments Liaise with both internal and external parties with regards to sales administration and operations for jobs secured.
