Sales Support 销售支持

JOB FUNCTIONS
Support Sales team in the daily activity (quotations, record sales activity, competitive intelligence)
Support Sales team to prepare RFI/RFQ proposal
Monitor the Sales Data and KPI
Record the new sales leads/pipeline
Coordinate job handover to COS / OP
Generate and distribute (internal/external) reports as assigned by the management
Reply rate requests from Overseas offices.

REQUIREMENTS


Good knowledge of air and ocean freight processes (import and export) is preferred.
Strong ability to collaborate, negotiate, and influence others
Customer satisfaction mindset
Good computer skills, familiarity with Microsoft office, etc.
Reactivity, creativity and pro-activeness towards customer for trouble shooting / solutions
Knowledge of company goals and strategies


We Expect 我们的期望


1. Minimum 2 years of business development experience in the transportation industry 两年以上货运销售经验
2. CET 4 or above will be given a priority 英语四级以上优先考虑
3. Reliable, Honest, Team-player诚信、可靠、善于团队合作
4. Knowledgeable in local customs and international trade with a basic understanding 对于报关、国际贸易方面具备基础知识
5. Be ready for frequent business trip. 适应经常性的出差
