岗位职责

1.负责处理整个订单从开发.生产.出货等流程的工作。

2.工作过程中要认真.仔细的执行

对客户：收到开发资料后，要了解包包的结构和功能，如有疑问要及时和客户沟通；样板寄出是要提前告知客户生产风险；收到订单后，要和客户沟通清楚细节和需要修改的地方，包括包装要求和出货方式等，要和客户协商出货时间等。

对工厂：根据订单的款式、数量、单价等各方面找合适的工厂生产；要把所有的生产要求落实到位，尤其是材料、工艺、出货方式等，要与工厂沟通清楚；出货时间确定，要与工厂、内部QC、船务紧密联系，务必要按时按量出货。

3.表格资料、色卡、样板等资料要整理好，按公司规定的位置存放整齐。



岗位要求

1.要求英语熟练且精通，听说读写良好，能与国外客户流利沟通，英语或国际贸易相关专业优先。

2.拥有3年以上的丰富皮具行业外贸跟单经验。

3.熟悉外贸和订单管理流程，具备相关领域扎实的基础知识，包括成本估算、报价、对材料的风险评估等。

4.熟悉箱包的各类材料配件，各大材料市场等。

5.能够处理好与工厂沟通大货生产事宜的相关工作，包括谈价、订单安排、出货、对账、扣款等一系列工作。

6.能够承受一定的工作压力，应变能力强，有团队合作精神，有虚心学习的态度。
Senior Handbag Merchandiser

1. Handle A to Z of handbag order, from development, bulk production, shipping, etc;

2. Communicate with buyer from receive T/P to samples sending, quote price and advise any risk of bulk; After order confirmed, negotiate all articles of order and follow up all the implementation from PO to raw material to shipping.

3. Arrange bulk to suitable factories according to order style, units and price, follow up all details from contractor to raw material to shipping, and billing.

4. Talk with other departments like QC, shipping, accounting department to make sure everything is on schedule.

5. Forms, color cards, samples and other docs should be sorted out and stored neatly in accordance with the company's regulations.

Requirements:

1. Good command of both written and oral English, fluent communication with foreign customers, major in English or international trade is preferred.

2. Be familiar with procedure of overseas trading.

3. More than 3 years’ experience in HB & SLG field, understand the cost estimation, pricing and risk of material.

4. Be familiar with HB & SLG accessories and relevant markets.

5. Be able to handle all the communication with each different type factories;

6. Be able to work under pressure, flexible, team-spirit, love to touch and study fresh things.
