1. Provide excellent customer service via phone and email in a timely manner. 2. Analyze customer enquiries and provide appropriate solutions in the best interest of both customer and company. 3. Assist directly or route customers to the appropriate personnel for assistance if other than supply chain topic. 4. Processing orders, sample shipments, return requests and other inquiries. 5. Collect forecast data from customers for stock replenishment. 6. Reconciliation with customers and keep customer paying on time.
- Collage degree or above. English can be working language. - At least 3 years working experience in customer service, order processing, and/or sales assistant related function. Experience in chemical material company is preferred. - Possess advanced Microsoft Excel skills - Excellent communication skills. Strong teamwork spirit, strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure and independently.
