This position is a client facing manager accountable for a small team to deliver a high volume of projects from the initial brief to completion, often against very tight deadlines.
Primary focus
1、Understand corporate guidelines and be able to brief a job clearly to the corresponding cell unit(s);
2、 Serves as key liaison between client and SGS;
3、 Take project briefs and follows procedures for costing and quoting;
4、 Works direct with client & printer collating required information to start the job;
5、 Promotes, services and exceeds customer expectations through vigilance and being pro-active to clients present and future needs;
6、 Brief off-site production cell;
7、 Track and maintain projects to ensure product launch timelines;
8、 Contribute technical knowledge in pre-production meetings;
9、 Manage projects from artwork design through to print;
10、Liaison with printer on any print technical issue.

Supporting tasks
1、 Periodically contact printers getting the latest printer specification;
2、 Participate in the CAR investigation, if needed;
3、 Learn and use client appointed system to record all checks that have been done;
4、 Any ad hoc task as assigned by Lead Print Production Manager, Cell Manager or Site Management
Performance Management
1、 Ability to transfer client’s requirement into a workable solution.

Requirements:
1、Degree or above
2、Pass the Farnworth-Munsell Hue Test.
3、Minimum 2 years working experience;
4、Having print production and design experience is a must;
5、Having direct Client experience in a creative environment is a definite advantage.
6、Fluency in both written and spoke English;
7、 Proficient in Microsoft Office is a must;
8、 Basic knowledge in Adobe suite is a must;
9、 Basic knowledge in Photoshop (CS6 or above) is a must;
10、Proficient in mix end-user environments including PC and Macintosh is an advantage;
11、 Excellent sales skills;
12、Able to type any Asian language(s) would be a definite advantage;
13、Solid Print knowledge on different printing processes such as Flexo, Offset, Dry offset, Gravure, etc.
14、Must be a team player with great problem solving skills, positive, proactive and adaptable to a fast paced environment;
