岗位职责：
Sales Trainee is 12-18 months training program designed to train the new hires for future sales force or application engineer. The trainees will be trained to gain products knowledge, specific industry process knowledge, application knowledge etc. These individuals will also undergo on-the-job training to implement all the skills and knowledge they have learned
销售培训生是一个12-18个月的培训项目，目的是为将来储备销售或技术应用人才。培训生将会得到产品知识、不同行业工艺、技术应用等相关培训。还会安排培训生在不同的岗位上学习。


能力要求：
1、Computer Skills includes Excel, PowerPoint and Words etc.
2、Details focused, able to work under stressful environment
3、Good team player and strong communication skills & abilities to work with multi-functional team
4、Willing to take additional responsibilities, good negotiation competency and able to work independently
1、熟悉操作Excel、Word、PowerPoint等办公软件
2、工作认真仔细,态度端正，吃苦耐劳和承压能力
3、具备较强的团队沟通与协调能力强
4、有高度的责任感，有良好的沟通和人际交往能力，很好的工作独立性


教育/培训/工作经验：
1、BS degree or above in Automation, Mechanical Engineering and related engineering majors
2、Fluent Spoken & Written in English, CET4 and above
3、Fresh graduates or 1-2 years working experience
4、Working experience in instruments, process control, automation is preferred
1、本科及以上学历，自动化、机械、或工程类相关专业
2、英语CET4或以上，听、读、写熟练
3、应届毕业生或1-2年工作经验
4、有仪表、过程控制、自动化工作经验优先
