销售助理工作职责: 1.Manage China order process.管理客户订单流程。 2.Manage proofing, sample delivery, invoice, inventory and contract, product list etc.管理打样、样品发货、发票、库存、合同、产品清单等。 3.Support quality team for complaint handling.支持质量团队处理投诉。 4.Daily communication with customer and internally.与客户及内部的日常沟通。 Visit customer to support the business development if needed.如有需要,拜访客户以支持业务发展。 5.Handling customer queries, building fun and exciting relationships with customers.处理客户查询,与客户建立有友好关系。 6. 任职能力: 1. 2years of related working experiences in sales support role. 1~3年相关销售支持工作经验。 2. Independent, stable, attentive to details, able to work under pressure and adaptive to given challenges. 独立,稳定,关注细节,能在压力下工作,适应挑战。 3. Good communication skill, organizational skill and detail oriented良好的沟通能力,组织能力和细节意识 4. Familiar with MS office package.熟悉办公软件。 5. Good at English英文良好
