职位描述/岗位要求 Job Description: 1. 负责员工档案管理、包括原始档案的处理,整理归档、电子档案的建立。Responsible for office administration work, includes, office file management, taking reservations for both room and restaurant from members, and doing secondary marketing calls to members. 2. 计划组织各种招聘工作、收集招聘信息、协助招聘工作。 Collecting resumes from our online recruitment site on regular basis and coordinating the our HR agent in regarding to employee’s personal issue. 3. 负责办公场所室内绿化,始终保持办公室的整洁。拥有一个舒适良好的工作环境。 Coordinating with hotel housekeeping department to ensure a green and clean working environment. 4. 完成上级领导临时交予的工作。 Coordinating with project manager on all the work related tasks.
