Integrate Sodexo and client Food Safety and HSE standards and processes. Develop audit programme with HSE Managers Communicate to sites stating time scales for submission of evidence to ‘close out’ major and minor non-conformances. Review evidence from the sites and agree with auditor if it is sufficient to close out the relevant non-conformance. Where evidence is not received within timescales – escalate to regional HSE Manager Complete trend analysis on non-conformances to identify any common issues across sites. Provide monthly updates to regional HSE Manager. Support sites who engage for direct reporting of incidents. Improve the quality of reports filed into Salus and ensure that all Level 1 incidents have a Root Cause Analysis uploaded within defined timescale. Provide HSE and food safety training and assist with any queries from sites. Prepare‘Quickshares’; Lessons Learnt; and Alerts along with Food recalls etc – oversee translation and issue to sites. Drive and deploy Sodexo ‘Have a Safe Day’ behavioural safety culture change programme being focal point for collateral for all campaigns. Deploy Safety Improvement Plan initiatives. Ensure that the ‘3 checks’ initiative is re-enforced across all service streams Implement the prompt reporting of hazards and incidents and ensure they are accurately captured and reported in accordance with Sodexo reporting timeframes. Implement the reporting of Near-Miss events and Safety Observations and ensure actions are taken where required.
