Job Scope: 1.Ensure customers’ needs and requirements are met at all times (with proper filing). 2.Ensure proper filing and updates of customers’ bio-data. 3.Ensure smooth coordination internally within sections of customer service department (ie,, Doc and Booking). Required Competency: 1. Bachelor degree or equivalent level, in shipping/transportation/marketing major is preferred. 2. Good English communication skills with both fluent in written. 3. Good knowledge of Office Software, skillful in Excel and power point. 4. Minimum 3 years’ experience in shipping field.. 5. Good interpersonal and communication skill. 6. Strong good team work spirit. 7. Outstanding and can work under pressure.
