Exceed personal and area new business revenue Targets. 争取完成并超越个人/团队/区域的销售指标; 4. Preparing professional solutions and working on official RFQ/RFP submission. 良好的解决方案的能力,争取有效的RFQ/RFP; 5. Cross-sell for Rhenus suite of services. 积极开发(跨产品销售)雷诺斯的所有产品/服务; 6. Organize regular meetings with the client and relevant project team to report on progress and receive an update from client on challenges and future plans. 定期组织与客户和相关项目团队的会议,汇报业务进展情况,了解客户新的机会与挑战; 7. Assure Rhenus and customer expectations are in alignment. 确保公司与客户的期望/要求一致; 8. Maintain close communication with customer to assure uniform understanding of customer expectations relative to operational solutions, timeline, costs, and results. 与客户保持密切的沟通,确保同步了解客户的运营方案、时限、成本和结果。
Requirements职位要求: 1. College Degree and above. 大专及以上学历; 2. Experience as 2+ years for BDS within the industry with proven successful sales record. 业务发展代表2年以上经验,并有相关行业的销售数据支持; 3. Excellent communication and organizational skills. 优秀的沟通与组织管理技能; 4. Excellent English skill in listening/speaking/writing/reading. 英文口语/书面熟练; 5. Independent, Self-motivated, and good interpersonal skills. 积极独立,良好的人际交往能力。
