Job Description (Key Responsibilities) Play as a supporting role in bid team by working closely with BD Managers & Head of HOCs in bid process; 在投标过程中,协助各技术部门负责人和BD经理; Leading the bids & proposals are in good quality and submitted on time with - support BD Managers & Head of HOCs and coordination with client according to project specification; 负责主导投标书的质量与按时递交,协助各技术部门负责人和BD经理按项目技术规范编写标书; Assist the BD team for preparation of the BD plan and conduct ongoing monitoring of BD activities to keep BD efforts focused; 协助BD计划的制定并全程跟进BD活动,关注BD工作; Manage and maintain customer database; 管理并维护客户数据库; Manage and support proposals, responses, interviews documents, presentations and related submittals; 管理并协助投标、答复、面试、展示及相关文件提交工作; Manage and keep updating with BD Support for the documents as case study, CV, reference letter and etc.. 管理并与BD 团队一起保持项目经验、人员简历、推荐信等的更新工作。 Job Requirements & Person Specification (Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Behaviours) Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or costing related field; 商务,市场或成本相关专业学士学位; Strong verbal and written English communicated skills essential; 较强的英语口语及书面能力; Knowledge of MS Office applications essential; MS Office应用能力; Preference given to applicants with experience in using Adobe InDesign; 求职者有运用Adobe InDesign工作经验将优先考虑; Consultant Empathy and Client approach. 有客户渠道并具有亲和力。
