Responsibilities
？ Work closely with Production and Engineering team to build up programs from sample stage to mass production or end of the program
？ Monitor the production schedule and status, follow up quality issue and customer complaints, and handle other program related issues
？ Ensure the production status and product delivery in accordance with the schedule
？ Evaluate the cost of the program by analyzing the production flow as well as calculating the production capacity and yield
Requirements
？ Degree or above in Industrial Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Program Management/ or others related disciplines
？ Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
？ At least 5-8 years working experience, and marketing development experience, preferred in manufacturing industry
？ With project management knowledge and manufacturing exposure is a MUST, PMP holder preferred
？ Some knowledge of metal product will be an advantage
？ Excellent communication skills and well-organized
？ Analytical, meticulous and a good team player
？ Able to work under pressure and independently
