Objectives: - As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the South China E&E Testing Service selling, find out the valuable customers and meet sales quota. Duties & Responsibilities: - Manage Sales Team. - Explore new business and meet sales quota. - Develop new accounts with team and focus on key accounts management and growth. - Daily sales activities review. - Handle customer's complaints and escalate the complaints to higher management if necessary. - Weekly forecast review and weekly meeting with sales. - Participate in marketing activities. - Train up sales to be more professional. - Fully comply with the requirements of the Bureau Veritas Code of Ethics.
Skills and Requirements: - Able to work hard enough to meet pre-defined sales quota and high commitment in sales field. - Be aggressive, positive working attitude and good presentation skill, strong sales skills. - Result-oriented and able to work under pressure. - Willing to travel.
Required QHSSE Competence: - Follow the company internal quality system and adhere to BV CPS quality requirements. - Follow the company internal HSE system and adhere to BV CPS HSE requirements.
Education & Experience: - Bachelor degree above. - At least 10 years' sales management experience in testing service industry.
