Job Summary:

- Communicate regularly with upper management regarding production status, issues, and opportunities
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a production manager in manufacturing or related industry
- Strong understanding of production processes
- Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree and the experience in related field preferred
