Responsibilities:
1. Pre-production samples review (measurement, workmanship, fit, fabric, trims)and ensure that the products meet the expectations outlined in the tech pack forfinal approvals.
2. Communicate clearly and effectively with factories to ensure their understandingaligns with Splash requirements.
3. Ensure qualitytechnical processes, policies, and requirements (inc. chemicalcompliance, serviceability, sustainability & costs) are communicated andunderstood by the supply base.
4. Provide technical support during the Product development.
5. Train suppliers and help them well understand all customer technical requests, brands, quality and workmanship requested.
6. QC during In-line inspection
7. In line inspection and production status checking, finalinspection on AOL.
8. Build and maintain good working relationships with suppliers and all internalstakeholders.

Key Competency:
1. College or above, Fashion/Textile/Apparels
2. Experience of working for Buying house/Brand/retailer or Liaison office of a brand/retailer
3. Experience of Apparel and/or Accessories quality management (Preferably both Men & Women)
4. Ability in written and communicating English fluently.
5. Should have vast experience as technician.
6. Knowledge in pattern drafting software is essential (lECTRAGGT) etc.
7. CLO 3D software knowledge would be added advantage.
8. Centric MS Office, Excel and Word.
9. Should have at least 5 years of work in the relevant fields in a trading/manufacturing concern.
10. Should have good knowledge of testing requirement product.
11. Past working with companies exporting to Middle east (KSA) would be an advantage.
