【能力要求Capability Requirement 】 1.具备使用3D 绘图软件进行产品设计或模具行业的丰富经验。 Extensive experience in product design or mould industry using 3D drawing software. 2.需要良好的人际相处和处理问题能力；工作中需要具备利用中英文沟通。 Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills; the job requires the ability to communicate using both English and Chinese. 3.熟悉质量管控方法，流程以及常用工具。 Familiar with quality control methods, processes and common tools。 4.具备设计分析相关知识及经验，如FEA,FMEA,DOE,DFMA等 Knowledge or experience on Design Analysis, for example FEA,FMEA,DOE,DFMA,etc 5.熟悉常见工程材料和制造工艺。 Well familiarity with common engineering materials and manufacturing processes. 6.具有机械或机电行业经验优先。 Experience in the mechanical or electro-mechanical industry preferred. 7.能使用英语作为工作语言，能读能写。 Can use English as work language, good in reading and writing. 8.团队合作，乐于分享。 Team player, willing to work and share with teammates. 【任职资格Qualifications】
1. 大学本科或以上, 机械设计，制造或相关专业。 Bachelor degree or above. Major in Mechanical, electromechanical, automation or manufacturing engineering preferred. 2. 工程师级别要求制造行业3年以上相关工程职位的经验1年或以上，有经验优先，但非必要。 1years or above engineer working experience in manufacturing industry, Experience preferred but not essential. 3. 熟练使用3D 软件；Solidworks优先。 Skilled in 3D software, such as Solidworks,is preferred.
