职位描述: 1. Responsible for identification, development and maximum penetration of accounts within the product line and/or geographic area specified by the Cluster Manager; 根据部门经理划定的产品类别或地域范围,寻找及大力发展客户; 2. Responsible for building, maintaining and constantly developing relationships with accounts under their custody; 负责建立、保持及持续发展与客户的良好关系; 3. Responsible for achieving the quarterly and annual sales target as allocated by the Cluster Manager; 实现部门经理规定的季度及年销售目标; 4. Support Cluster Manager in providing training and to junior sales and sales support staff; 协助部门经理培训中级销售代表及其他相关员工; 5. Undertake any other duties assigned by Cluster Manager. 履行部门经理分配的其他任务。
岗位要求: 1. College Degree holder or above, excellent fresh graduated majored in Electrical/Electronics/English are advantage; 大专以上学历,优先考虑优秀的电气电子、英语专业应届毕业生; 2. Strong relational and sales skills; 具有优秀的销售技巧; 3. Existing network of relationships within electrical and electronic manufacturing and retail industries is a definite advantage; 在电气电子生产及零售行业领域具有客户关系资源者,优先考虑; 4. With years of strong track record in direct sales and account management preferably with exposure to Electrical/Electronics Industry or equivalent; 具有优秀业绩的销售和客户管理经验,优先考虑电气电子相关经验; 5. Good in Mandarin and English (Cantonese and other languages are added advantage). 良好的普通话及英语表达能力,若懂粤语或其他语言,优先考虑。
