Release agent code to the new recruit upon the completeness of the application documents and granted with IA license. Handle enquiries from internal departments as well as agency. Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by immediate manager in order to meet business requirements. Agent License Renewal Process agent’s IA license renewal according to the pre-defined due diligence procedures and control governance. Ensure the completeness of documents received and verified the information provided on IA on-line portal upon receipt of the application. Handle enquiries from internal departments as well as agency.
