RESPONSIBILITES: 1. To take ownership to coordinate cross functions to resolve process related issues and customer complaints using effective quality tools and methods to improve customer satisfaction level 2. To support the customer audit/visits, and host customer visit relating quality affairs 3. RMA responsibilities: Work with RMA team to ensure customer satisfaction as well as to lead the team to achieve customers’ requirements. Lead team to analysis customer returns and to organize meetings with relevant departments and cross functions to provide timely corrective action reports, to manage and improve RMA ppm for key customers 4. To work closely with relevant departments on the return of battery packs back from customer site to TWS for sorting/rework/scrap 5. To maintain good working relationship with cross functions and departments to resolve customer related issues to enhance product quality 6. To prepare weekly/monthly/QBR reports and handle PCNs 7. To maintain customer’s quality relationship & regular customer quality review & visit to customer side
REQUIREMENTS: 1. Extensive experience in Lithium battery industry is preferred 2. Proficient in Failure analysis especially for Lithium pack 3. Strong engineering background is preferred 4. Proactive consciousness to serve customer with ability to leverage with internal team for improvement 5. Be familiar with SPC skill and 8D analytical method 6. Flexible to handle customer complaints 7. Fluent English speaking and good writing is preferred
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: 1. 3+ CQE role 2. 3+ years of experience in a quality engineer role. 3. Anti-pressure is requested 4. Bachelor or above in engineering or administration.
