Job Responsibilities: 1. Administration for General Manager, Conghua Racecourse Grandstand Management 61 In charge of office support to the supervisor, including ensuring timelines, validity/completeness of approval documents submitted to the supervisor, schedule management and business travel arrangements. 61 Assist the supervisor in drafting daily official documents, reports and other documents, and provide Chinese and English translations. 61 Responsible for the supervisor’s meeting arrangements, including coordinating meeting time, drafting meeting agendas, collecting meeting materials, writing meeting minutes, following up the implementation of action plans, etc. 61 Manage KPI and reviews/actions with business units for assurance. 61 Manage pre-opening major tasks and timelines as assigned to ensure schedule completion/progress. 61 Receiving visiting clients, business partners or government officers. 61 Handle/Coordinate other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
2. Assistance of Strategic / Planning Execution 61 Assist the supervisor in project analysis and market research, obtain a wide range of materials, and write English proposal reports. 61 Assist the supervisor in formulating the company strategic plan and annual business plan, and promote the implementation and execution of plans. 61 Assist in the allocation of resources for the operation plan of the department work streams, follow up the implementation of the execution plan when necessary, and assist the department work streams to achieve the operation objectives; 61 Coordinate internal and external resources of the company to achieve company business objectives, provide analysis and improvement suggestions. 61 Promote the planning, implementation, review and improvement measures execution for key projects of the company. 61 Assist the supervisor to formulate relevant systems, policies and procedures for the company's operation, and control the work process and results; 61 Assist supervisor in internal and external communication of strategy implementation. 61 Assist supervisors in gathering feedback and turning ideas into projects that achieve business development results.
3. Others 61 Comply with all laws and regulations regardless of the circumstances, at any location at home and abroad. All things are based on and abide by the rules of the headquarters and the company, and lead by example.

Job Requirements: - Bachelor degree or above. - 5-7 years of managerial work experience, at least 3 years of relevant administrative work experience in a reputed international company or a senior management secretary work experience in a reputed global company is preferred. - Rich experience in business communication. - Excellent oral and written Chinese and English, English can be as working language. - Excellent writing skill, capability of data analysis and handling. - Good command of Microsoft Office software, including but not limited to Word, Excel, Power Point. - Familiar with office administrative workflow and administrative work characteristics. - Work proactively, cautiously and carefully, strong sense of responsibility. - Excellent organizational, coordination and communication skills. - Good logical thinking skills. - Excellent planning and execution skills. - Strong exploration spirit and ability to learn new things. - Proper understanding of work orders and timely response/completion. - Good team spirit. - Good interpersonal skills, friendly to people, able to maintain a good relationship with internal and external stakeholders. - Good professionalism and professional ethics, support and service awareness and confidential awareness. - Highly motivated and able to meet deadlines in a timely manner. - Challenging spirit, strong ability to withstand pressure, good adaptability, able to multi-task.
