M Moser Associates Shenzhen/Guangzhou office is looking for a new Sustainability Specialist to join our successful and busy team in the heart of the city. We pride ourselves on delivering fresh and exciting workplace design projects for our portfolio of high-profile clients.

The successful applicant for this position will have opportunity to:
？ Support delivery of Net Zero Carbon projects pursuing ILFI Zero Carbon certification, Green Star, and/or following net zero frameworks such as LETI, HKGBC, UKGBC, etc.
？ Work with our architects, designers and engineers to develop cost-effective sustainable design solutions based on client sustainability goals and CSR objectives
？ Assist on GHG emissions data analysis and collection in offices across Asia and Australia and prepare relevant documentation to support global corporate reporting to fulfill SBTi targets.
？ Enrich existing in-house cloud-based sustainable materials system with products across regions.
？ Develop a database with Green-e certified carbon offsets approved by CER and VER in each region where M Moser has projects.
？ Develop a database with acceptable forms of ownership for off-site renewable energy projects accepted by Green Building Certifications (PPAs, Outright Ownership, Renewable Energy Investment Fund) in each region where M Moser has projects.
？ Develop internal systems and processes to streamline carbon offsets procurement.
？ Develop specialties in sustainability and project management related fields (such as sustainable material sourcing and energy modelling)
？ Develop a thorough, experience-based multinational career in building engineering, project management and environmental sustainability
？ Obtain LEED/WELL AP credentials within 2 months (advantage to candidates already in possession of LEED/WELL GA or AP)
Desired Skills and Experience
？ Experience working on interior design or construction projects
？ Background in carbon accounting and/or Life-cycle assessment.
？ Excellent report writing and ability to produce professional documents, aligned to the corporate style guide.
？ Strong spreadsheet skills, including analysis, data cleaning, and strong data presentation and communication skills.
？ Familiar with software such as BricsCAD, AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, One Click LCA, SimaPro, e-tool.
Desired Qualifications
？ Building Services Engineering (preferred)
？ Environmental Management / Architecture / Project Management / Engineering (or similar)
？ Master’s degree and Overseas study experience is a plus
？ Green Star Accredited Professional (AP), LEED AP, WELL AP, desired
Language:
？ Excellent English skills are a must
