3. 对医疗国际标准有比较全面的理解，DICOM，IHE，HIPPA等。

4. 有独立的医疗IT解决方案的设计能力，包括客户需求的调研，方案设计，方案介绍，招标参数设计等。

1. 医院信息化，大数据，云，以及人工智能行业从业背景三年以上。
More than three years of experience in hospital informatics, big data, cloud and artificial intelligence.
2. 有过医院电子病历，医技系统的销售经验，独立项目掌控和赢单能力。
Experience in sales of EMR, medical technology system, independent project control and winning orders capability.
3. 性格开朗，吃苦耐劳，具有团队合作精神。
