Responsibilities:

Support dept manager to manage and maintenance the in house lab;
协助部门经理管理和维护公司实验室；
Develop and manage product test protocol according to standard and client’ requirement;
根据标准和客户要求建立和管理测试条款；
Perform in house test or pre-test at office according to request. Analyze test result, complete test report, provide improved comment for failed point;
根据相关要求执行内部测试或预测试. 分析测试结果，提供测试报告或简报，对测试失败点提供改善意见；
Review test/audit/other request from internal team or oversea office, ensure it meets destination country regulation requirement;
评估公司其它部门或国外提出的测试/审核等需求，确保其满足目的地国家法例法规要求；
Contact relative third party lab to complete the test/audit/other request and follow up it. Comment lab’s service.
联系并跟进第三方实验室完成相关测试/审核/其它需求；对订单进行评价（包括对实验室的评价与测试过程和测试结果的评价）。
Follow up test/audit/other request dairy, and feedback relative information to internal team and oversea office timely;
每日跟进测试/审核等进度，并根据需要及时反馈给相关部门或国外办公室；
Review the reasonable of the test requirement/cost/TAT from third party lab. Control the cost/TAT well;
定期评估第三方实验室测试方案/成本/测试时间等的合理性，控制好测试费用和时间；
Follow up the test/audit failed points with internal team, analyze the failed reason and provide solution suggestion;
跟进测试/审核等不符合项，与相关部门一起分析测试失败原因并找出解决方案；
Review the test/audit report from third party, confirm the report information match actual product and test requirement. Follow up with third party if report revision is required;
检查第三方测试/审核报告，确保与实际产品和要求一致。跟进报告上需要修改的内容；
Summary test cost and initiate payment application monthly;
总结每个月的测试费用，并发起付款申请；
Positively follow up and Answer the query from internal team or oversea office;
积极跟进并及时回复其它部门或国外办公室咨询；
Collect and study the updated regulations or standards at regular interval (half or a year), inform internal team or oversea office if any affected;
定期（半年或一年）收集和研究更新的法例法规，并将相关影响通知相关部门和国外公司；
Maintain relative document record correctly, keep confidential for relative information;
维护相关文件和系统记录，严格做好信息保密工作;
Support manager to know QA task completion status (Send email if necessary). Report to manager timely for any emergency case. Ensure the information is report timely and get efficiency solution. Ensure QA team run smoothly and efficiencly;
协助部门经理了解QA方面工作情况（正常情况下发送邮件）。 遇特殊或紧急情况下，需及时向部门经理汇报，保障信息及时传递和得到有效的解决方案，使得QA组方面的工作顺畅、高效地运作；
Complete any other tasks specified or arranged by dept Manager / management team.
完成部门经理或管理层规定或者安排的其它职责。

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree holder in any related discipline；
相关专业本科以上学历；
Over 5 years experience in quality control function in a multinational environment with minimum 2 years test experience at third party lab；
5年以上跨国公司质量管理工作经验，其中2年以上第三方实验室测试经验；
Strong knowledge in kitchenware and household ware (stainless steel cookware, aluminium cookware, knives/kitchen tools/kettles/vaccum items/Bakeware/ ceramic/glass/cast iron products) is a must；
对厨具和家用器具(不锈钢炊具，铝制炊具，刀具/厨房工具/水壶/真空物品/烘焙用具/陶瓷/玻璃/铸铁等产品)有丰富的产品知识；
Good knowledge in total quality management of kitchenware and household ware and international safety standards. Such as, EN12983, EN ISO8442, etc；
熟悉厨具和家居用品的全面质量管理以及国际安全标准。例如，EN12983, EN ISO8442等等；
Can operate the test equipment independently, such as, knife sharpness test machine, cookware handle fatigue test machine, cookware coating abrasion test machine, etc；
能单独操作实验室设备，例如，刀锋利度测试仪、锅手柄疲劳测试仪、锅涂层耐磨测试仪，等等；
Can perform the lab test independently, and complete the required test report.
能独立进行实验室产品测试，并出具完整的合规的测试报告
Good knowledge for EN and US market food contact regulation and other chemical test, LFGB, REACH, ROHS, MOCA, DGCCR, FDA, CA65, etc;
熟悉欧洲和美国市场食品接触法规和其它化学测试，例如，LFGB, REACH, ROHS, MOCA, DGCCR, FDA, CA65等；
Good knowledge for ISO 9001, BSCI, etc;
熟悉ISO9001, BSCI等要求；
Reading and written English；
英语阅读和写作能力；
Have a good knowledge of Outlook, MS-Word / MS-Excel；
熟悉Outlook, MS-Word / MS-Excel；
Be willing to travel to supplier locations if necessary；
必要时需出差到供应商所在地测试产品等;
Can work under pressure;
能承受相当的工作压力。
