职责描述: 1. Lead and manage projects from project Kick off to Mass Production/Ramp down, even involved from NBO proto stage to get design win. 领导和管理项目从立项到量产,甚至要从NBO制样开始协助公司赢得商机。 2. Define Project Scope and Project Plan / Milestone / Schedule. Develop full scale project plans and associated Project and communication documents, using appropriate tools 定义项目范围和制定项目计划、里程碑,运用适当项目管理工具开发项目计划,管理项目沟通关联的文件。 3. Full ownership of all aspects of the project related issues, especially on QCD. 全面负责管理项目所有相关问题,特别是交期、成本、质量方面。 4. Full ownership of driving project successful deliverables / first delivery 推动且全权负责项目到***个量产出货并确保成功符合客户要求。 5. Draft and submit budget proposals, recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary. Where required, negotiate with other department managers for the acquisition of required personnel form within the company. 起草和提交项目预算建议,在项目执行过程中和各个部门经理讨论并且根据项目的需求及时调整预算的变化。 6. Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders. 带领团队和相关人员管理项目达成客户预期。 7. Effectively communicate project status and actions / expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. keep liaising and discussing with project stakeholders project related issues ongoing basis 有效地和项目团队和相关人员进行及时紧密的沟通来达产客户目标,并且持续和项目干系人商谈解决项目问题。 8. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path. 识别且管理项目关键路径。 11. Track project milestones and deliverables. 持续跟踪里程碑和提供可交付成果。 12. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations. 开发汇总且展示项目交付的进度报告,建议,客户需求的文件。 13. Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas. 定义项目相关报告的周期频率和项目发展状况,分析解决问题。 14. Identify and resolve issues and conflicts during the whole Project Life Cycle. 在整个项目周期中定义并解决项目相关的问题和冲突。 15. Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans. With strong Manages Ambiguity 主动管理项目范围的变化,识别项目风险,制定应急计划,具备管理项目不确定性的技能。 16. Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle 定义项目成功的标准,并且传达给项目部门。 17. Manage good business relationship with customers and/or suppliers when necessary 管理维护好客户和供应商的关系。 18. Support Customers Audit / Visit 支持客户审核和访问。 任职要求: 1. Related experiences from NPI project management or account management (min 5 years) NPI项目管理经验5年以上。 2. Good communicated skills, in English and Chinese / Mandarin (written and spoken) 精通英语和普通话。 3. Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential. 能够独立工作带领团队和协调内外干系人推动项目。 4. Ability to effectively plan, prioritize and execute tasks 高效时间管理和任务优先管理。
