Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the new supplier's quality system, process capability and related quality risk assessment and audit. 2. Participate in the development and design review, testing and verification of new products, conduct functional, reliability tests and the packaging evaluation and tests on new products, and discover potential risks. Follow up mass production, find problems, and propose improvement plans. 3. Responsible for the handling of quality abnormalities, the formulation and supervision of unqualified prevention and corrective measures. 4. Test and verify the existing products, propose optimization plans and follow up the improvements. 5. Work with the factory to solve major product defects, batch problems and various customer complaints. 6. Complete other tasks assigned by Manager.
Qualifications: 1. More than 5 years of furniture work experience, familiar with the production process and testing standards of paint and soft packaging furniture. 2. Have strong communication and presentation skills, be able to communicate independently and cooperate with the factory to deal with problems. 3. Proactive, responsible, and a good team player. 4. College degree or above, engineering major is preferred. 5. Have a certain knowledge and understanding of international standards such as ISO9001 and ISO14001/ROHS system and be able to analyze and improve quality abnormalities proficiently. 6. Have a certain understanding of product quality control, and be familiar with the use of 7 major methods of quality control, 8D report etc. 7. Microsoft Office system operation capabilities. 8. English reading and writing skills are a must and be able to output English reports.
