He/she works directly under the Director Social Sustainability, supporting the regional team in both social and environmental sustainability activities. This includes coordinating with suppliers and sourcing for customs recordal, following up with suppliers to collect sustainability KPIs, and handling various administrative and logistic support tasks.
Task 1: Coordinate with sourcing and suppliers to prepare the Letter of Authorization, and follow up with IP team on customs recordal. Task 2: Support supply chain team to collect both sustainability KPIs. Keep timely communication with factories to smooth the data submission and validation. Task 3: Checking of team expense reports, external audit forecast reports and payment tracking. Support audit debit notes issuing and follow up with finance on data tracking. Task 4: Support sustainability team events, such as follow up registrations, payment etc.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above 2. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) required 3. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English 4. Fast learner and detailed person is preferred.
