Role & Responsibilities:

1. Contribute to the Sales development strategy sales strategy and business development plans into appropriate market segments.
将销售发展战略、销售战略和业务发展计划纳入适当的细分市场。
- Ensure knowledge of day to day market development and accurately assess the opportunities provided.
确保了解日常市场开发,准确评估存在的机会。
- Good at market analysis, and react quickly for company’s competitiveness and sales development.
善于市场分析,对公司市场竞争力和销售发展做出快速反应。
2. Focusing on highest possible data quality, visibility and usage of CRM.
专注于尽可能高的数据质量、可见度和客户关系管理系统的使用。
3. To set up sales targets in agreement with the Branch Manager. To implement the targets ensuring achievement and maximum returns.
与分公司经理协商制定销售目标。实施目标,确保实现目标和***回报。
- Control each team member to completion rate of their own budget target.
控制每个团队成员的预算目标完成率。
- To promote and sell ECU products & services and to reach company’s sales target.
推广和销售公司产品和服务,达到公司的销售目标。
4. Be responsible to develop new customers and maintain current customers in order to achieve sales target.
负责开发新客户和维护现有客户,以实现销售目标。
- Follow the Sales process with prospect and targeted clients, including design of solutions, advice and negotiation.
跟踪潜在客户和目标客户的销售流程,包括解决方案设计、建议和谈判。
- Establish and maintain long term customer relationship and enlarge ECU customer networking
建立和维护长期客户关系,扩大公司客户网络
- Support new business development and expansion of existing services within the ECU organization.

5. Continuously promote sales activities personally, including calls, sales presentations, sales pipeline and sales solutions by developing and concentrating on new key accounts, visiting existing accounts.
通过开发和专注于新的大客户,拜访现有客户,持续推动个人销售活动,包括电话、销售演示、销售渠道和销售解决方案。
6. Coordinate with operation departments for the daily operation issues such as cargo status tracing etc.
与操作部门协调货物状态跟踪等日常操作事宜。

Job Skills and Competencies for this position:
岗位技能要求
1. Minimum 6 years sales experience in freight forwarding Industry and Sales Team Management experience minimum 2-3years in previous role.至少6年货运代理行业销售经验,至少2-3年以上销售团队管理经验。
2. College degree or above, major in international trade, shipping, freight forwarding and customs declaration or related logistics management preferred.
大专或以上学历,国际贸易、航运、货代与报关等物流相关专业优先。
3. Comprehensive knowledge of LCL industry, familiar with operation processes, trade lane and shipping market.
全面了解货运行业拼箱业务,熟悉运营流程、贸易通道和航运市场。
4. Able to effectively communicate and build relationships with customers from all nationalities and are confident in social and business networking situations.
能够与来自不同国籍的客户进行有效沟通并建立关系,并对社交和商业网络环境充满信心。
5. Have excellent presentation skills and self –motivated.
具有出色的演讲技巧和自我激励能力
6. Have a combination of great interpersonal skills and persistence whilst being detail oriented and organized with a strong focus on quality customer service.
具有良好的人际交往能力和毅力,同时注重细节和高度专注于优质客户服务。
7. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
优秀的人际关系、谈判和沟通技能.
8. Excellent written and communication skills in English,CET-6 preferred.
优秀的英语书写和沟通能力,英语六级优先。
9. Proficient in Windows operating system and Office software。
熟练使用Windows操作系统及Office软件。
