Position Responsibilities:

1. Pre-shipment inspection
a. Conduct pre-shipment product inspection based on a weekly inspection schedule provided by the Quality Engineer.
根据QE提供的每周检验计划进行装运前产品检验。
b. Disposition shipments after reviewing inspection reports from suppliers who are in the Pure Fishing self-inspection program.
在审查检验PF 自检计划的供应商的检验报告后处置货物。
c. Immediately communicate issues to the regional quality engineer related to any inspection results that may hold a shipment due to product problems.
及时向区域QE传达与可能因产品问题而导致货物滞留的任何检查结果相关的问题。
d. Create and distribute detailed daily inspection reports by email to the supplier and the established Pure Fishing distribution list.
创建详细的日常检查报告并通过邮件发给供应商以及PF相关人员。
2. Compile and submit accurate inspection monthly inspection reports to the quality engineer within the directed timeframe.
在规定的时间内提交准确的检验月度检验报告。
3. When rejected product or special defects are found, support the regional quality engineer with the root cause investigation and assist to plan corrective actions to drive for improvements.
当发现不合格产品或特殊缺陷时，协助区域QE进行根本原因调查，并协助计划纠正措施。
4. Report to QE/Quality Manager if any abnormal situation is found while at a supplier’s factory. Situations such as lack if attribute samples, poor inspection conditions or other areas that affect the ability to properly inspect product should be reported at the time they are encountered.
如在工厂发现任何异常情况，及时向QE/质量经理报告。
5. Assist the regional Quality Engineer with verifying corrective actions have been taken by suppliers, conducting spot process reviews or conduct special testing as required.
协助区域QE验证供应商已采取的纠正措施，进行现场过程评审或按要求进行专项测试。

Requirements:
任职资格：
1. College graduate, at least five years QC or QA experience preferred.
大专学历以上，两年以上QC或是QA经验优先；
2. Experience in fishing tackles, apparel, tools (knife/pliers) is preferred.
有渔具、服装、工具（刀/钳）经验者优先。
3. Experience in process audit, ISO 9000 knowledge is a plus.
有过程审核经验，有ISO 9000知识者优先。
4. Good command of written English, can read English drawing, specification, can write English report.
良好的英语书写能力，能阅读英文图纸、说明书，能撰写英文报告；
5. Proficient in Word, Excel, Microsoft office, Power Point.
精通Word,Excel,Microsoft Office, Power Point。
6. Very good communication skills, careful, accountable, work independently, proactive, self-motivated and creative in finding ways to achieve company objectives.

7. Culturally sensitive and be able to travel and willing to be relocated if needed.
