Job Description: 1. To communicate with stakeholder on related tasks; 2. To review and verify the reply for bankruptcy cases and liquidation cases; 3. To review and verify the reply for enquiries and disposal of deceased accounts; 4. To review and verify the reply of enquiry letters from law enforcement agencies, government departments and other external parties; 5. To handle and monitor the daily operations of Audit Confirmation; 6. To monitor the daily operations of name screening; 7. To monitor the daily operations of Common Reporting Standard (CRS); 8. To monitor the daily operations of Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA); 9. To monitor the STR exit process; 10. To provide support on ad hoc tasks; 11. To supervise the subordinates and ensure their works meet the required standard of the bank and appraise his/her performance; 12. To assist his/her supervisor to improve the subordinates’ engagement and strengthen communications by regular team talk, listen-up and cross product training within and across other teams; 13. Comply with all applicable regulations, rules, codes, guidelines and standards set by regulators and the Bank, and carry out duties with high integrity; and 14. Adhere to all established risk control guidelines, procedures and measures to identify, assess, report, mitigate and monitor the risks involved in the day-to-day work; 15. To participate actively in any ad-hoc projects for the department/Bank as required.
Requirement: 1. Bachelor Degree or Above, preferably major in Banking, Economics, Finance; 2. Preferable over 9 years’ experience in banking sector cover at least 4 years in manager position on operations support; 3. Able to exercise judgement effectively; 4. Able to lead a team to ensure the provision of excellent support services 5. Good understanding of relevant policies, procedures, practices and rules 6. A team leader with good communication skills and risk awareness; 7. Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese.
