Main Duties & Responsibilities
1 Project Support
1.1 Support the planning and execution of the special projects
1.2 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve the objectives within established timelines.
2 Communication and Documentation
2.1 Communicate effectively between sponsors, team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
2.2 Maintain a good record of all the documentations related to the business initiatives
2.3 Prepare Project Update Presentations and Business Planning/Proposals
3 Research and Analysis
3.1 Conduct research from different sources to collect all relevant information related to the initiative
3.2 Provide analytical support for decision-making processes related to the business planning
4 Other Support
4.1 Provide other support that are essential for the accomplishment of the business/project initiatives
4.2 Coordinate logistics and ensure all necessary resources are available for successful events.
Job requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in finance, operations, research, statistics, math, economics, or related analytical discipline preferred
2. 3-5 years of project management or business development/planning experience 3. Accreditation in Project Management or Financial Management would be an advantage 4. Knowledge in jewellery or high-end luxury industry would be highly preferred
5. Language Proficiency:Fluency in Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin) and English, both written and verbal.
6. Cognitive Abilities: Quickly analyze complex situations, identify patterns, showcase problem-solving skills, generate effective solutions and adaptability to diverse project scenarios.
