Assist FCC Customer Review Manager on daily operations and processes of all channels that are executed in compliance with the Bank’s AML Policy and Guidelines.
1. To perform regular customer review and trigger event review for all AML risk levels; 2. Act as a preparer for regular review and trigger event review for different AML risk levels; 3. To perform Suspicious Transaction Reporting “STR” operations and post-reporting matter which include customer exit management; 4. To seek further clarifications with customer to complete Transaction Monitoring Self-Assessment Questionnaire “SAQ”; 5. To communicate and coordinate with business units on AML related issues; 6. To comply with all applicable regulations, rules, codes, guidelines and standards set by regulators and the Bank, and carry out duties with high integrity; 7. To adhere to all established risk control guidelines, procedures and measures to identify, assess, report, mitigate and monitor the risks involved in the day-to-day work; 8. To take up ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Requirement: Bachelor degree or above and Minimum of 3 years’ experience in banking sector cover the following: 1. Sound knowledge and exposure in AML or compliance related issues; 2. Familiar with relevant bank policies, procedures, practices and rules; 3. Good communication skill and risk awareness; 4. PC literate with good knowledge of MS Office; and 5. Holder of professional qualification(s) of AAMLP or CAMS is preferable 6. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
