-Job description:
Identify and capture/document business goals and provide business solution to users for CS systems
BAU Project user requirement communication, functional design and UAT support
Support the communication with users and development team
Work with project manager to control and follow up user requirement change
Conduct CS system demo or training to users
Work as junior BA mentor
-Skill set:
Bachelor or above degree in IT related disciplines with at least 5 years working experience
Rich working experience in SQL Server, JAVA technology system
Minimum 4 years working experience and at least 2 years on BA
Be familiar with the methodology of requirements development and requirements change management
Experience with Insurance or Banking application is preferable
Effective communication and presentation skills
Good command of English on both oral and written
