岗位职责JOB RESPONSIBILITIES ? 电话和电子邮件及时回复客户的询问、销售,与销售和其他运营团队合作,向客户提供准确的销售信息; Answer reactively to the incoming customer inquiries, sales requests via phone and email providing accurate sales information to clients in cooperation with Sales and others operation colleague team; ? 了解客户的日常业务,建立SOP; Set up SOP with your client regarding their regular business if not exist; ? 收集新的发货人信息(公司、地址、PIC),建立数据库; Collect new shipper’s information (company, address, PIC) to build up a database; ? 与客户或代理人保持专业友好的沟通方式, 主动提供可选的解决方案; Provide a professional friendly communication style with client or agent, be proactive by providing alternative solutions as available; ? 根据预订的不同步骤(选择运输路线,确定货物从一个地点转移到另一个地点的高效和经济的方法,预订船舶和卡车上的设备和空间, 向客户提供装运所需的文件, 安排货物在仓库的交付或储存,向客户提供运输选择、时间表、转移或影响发货的规定,完成海关文件工作,协助报关, 做好收发货物的记录,将相关立法、政治形势或其他可能影响货运的因素告知客户, 监控或记录运输中的货物位置) 向出口商、收货人提供装运状态通知; Monitor the different step of booking (Select shipment routes, determine efficient and cost-effective methods of moving goods from one location to another, book equipment and space on ships and trucks, advise client about documentation needed for shipment. Arrange delivery or storage of goods in warehouse, advise clients of shipping options, timelines, transfers, or regulations affecting shipments, complete customs paper works, facilitate the customs process with broker. Keep records of goods dispatched or received, inform client about relevant legislation, political situations, or other factors that could affect freight shipping, Monitor or record locations of goods in transit).
