岗位职责JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: ? 监督、领导并积极参与海运和空运部门的工作。通过坚实的员工指导,完美的沟通和运营,确保客户满意度和卓越运营。 Supervise, lead and actively participate in the tasks of the Ocean Freight and Air Freight department. Ensure total Customer Satisfaction and Operational Excellence through solid guidance of staff, a flawless communication and Operations. ? 向承运人提供预测并向经理报告任何舱位问题。 Provide forecast to carrier and report to manager if any space problem. ? 在必要时测试并实施与承运人的直接预订。 Testing and implement for Direct Booking with Carriers when necessary. ? 解决与承运商/分包商的日常问题,必要时向经理汇报。 Solve daily issues with Carriers / Subcontractors and escalate manager when necessary. ? 监控日常运营活动的质量、成本和效率; Monitor the quality, cost and efficiency of daily operation activities; ? 领导空间控制团队,提交每日,每周报告,包括装载细节和性能; Lead the space control team and submit daily, weekly report including loading details and performance; ? 与运营商、服务提供商合作协商,确保服务质量和合理的费率; Cooperate and negotiate with carriers, service providers to ensure services quality and reasonable rates; ? 管理发票,成本计算,付款流程,帮助财务部门完成应收和应付任务; Manage invoicing, job costing, payment procedure to help finance department accomplishing receivable and payable tasks; ? 为解决复杂的客户问题提供指导和支持,建立和执行服务合同,审核客户反馈并启动改进措施; Provide direction & support for resolution of complex customer issues, establish & execute service contracts, review customers feedback & initiate improvement measures; ? 支持BD/销售团队启动、实施和推广新项目,并参与公司营销和销售工作; Support BD/Sales team to initiate, implement and promote new project, and participate in company marketing and sales efforts; ? 协助总经理建立和实施绩效目标,为他提供有价值的数据和建议,用于预算设定,关税更新,员工申请,员工提升。 Assist General Manager in establishing and implementing performance objectives, provide him with valuable data and proposals for budget setting, tariff update, headcount application, staff promotion.
岗位要求REQUIREMENTS: ? 8-10年货代行业工作经验,至少3年管理经验; 8-10 years’ experience in freight forwarding industry, at least 3 years in management; ? 本科及以上学历 Bachelor Degree or above ? 熟悉MS office Familiar with MS office ? 优秀的英语读写能力 Excellent English in reading and writing ? 积极主动,良好的分析,人际关系和沟通能力; Proactive, Initiative, good analytical, interpersonal & communication skills; ? 具有较强的谈判技巧和领导能力,并有管理岗位经验。 Strong negotiation skills and leadership skills with experience in managerial position.
