职位描述
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Guangzhou.
Be known for integrity. Think laterally to drive new business. Grow our customers, always looking for ways to improve how we work together. Strive for operational excellence and healthy financials.
- Drive new business in assigned vertical, formulate new business develop plan based on target industry segment or targeted regions.
- New business development with focus on Contract Logistics products and meet objectives and budget on new business gain.
- Work on RFQ/RFP responses, manage the bid process and work closely with solution team.
- Collaborate with global/regional BD team and handle sales lead properly.
- Manage and develop customer relationships, develop growth strategy for customer.
- Conduct contract negotiation and renewal with customer.

As the Business Development Manager, you will:
- 7+ years’ solid experience managing/developing complex & large-scale global solutions projects
- Solid understanding of HK contract logistics business, and capable of working across a geographically dispersed workforce
- Able to work across cultures, understand how each culture thinks and deal effectively with cultural differences
- Demonstrated understanding of client relationships based around product expertise and deep understanding of local operating conditions
- Well developed influencing skills with an ability to interface with a broad range of stakeholders
- Fluent English
