Job Responsibilities:
1. Perform thorough audits of manufacturing facilities and draft comprehensive audit reports.
2. Monitor and track corrective action plans & ensure timely resolution of identified issues.
3. Provide timely feedback to relevant personnel & collaborate actively to resolve audit-related challenges.
4. Uphold audit principles and comply with the auditor’s code of conduct.
5. Prepare audit materials promptly.
6. Engage with suppliers before audits and encourage non-conformance rectification.
7. Able to offer constructive suggestions related to auditing processes & contribute to process improvement.
8. State integrity letters and request manufacturers to sign and retain copies.
9. Work closely with Planning Assistants and QC Managers.
10. Foster a collaborative environment.
11. Follow company regulations for travel expense reimbursement.
12. Maintain audit result database and able to analyze the audit data.

Job requirement:
1. With College degree or above, major in mechanical and electrical, international trade and other related majors. 全日制大专以上学历，机械电气类等理工类或国际贸易等相关专业；
2. 2 years or above quality management or factory audit experience. 2年或以上质量管理或工厂审核的工作经验;
3. Experience in electronic and electrical field is preferred; 具有对电子和电器等领域检测的工作经验的优先考虑；
4. Experience with a third party testing institutions (TUV, SGS, Bureau Veritas, etc.) is preferred; 具有第三方检测机构 (TUV, SGS, Bureau Veritas等) 工作经验的优先考虑；
5. Be familiar with computer skill, like outlook, word, excel formula, pivot table & sharepoint, VBA/python program is preferred; 熟悉计算机技能，如outlook, word, excel公式，数据透视表和sharepoint, VBA/python程序的优先考虑；
6. Fluent oral and written English; 良好的英文口语和书写能力；
7. High level of self-motivation, determination and confidence in your abilities; 有上进心、决心以及自信心；
8. Meticulous attention to detail, Objectivity; 对细节一丝不苟，具有客观性；
9. Excellent problem-solving skills and clear logical thinking; 优秀的解决问题的能力和清晰的逻辑思维；
