Summary: The Sales Engineer has the responsibility, within approved company policy, to deliver profitable sales for Xylem products and services and to develop Sales Plans, aligned to the Marketing and Strategic Plans. Qualifications:
1. At least 8 years demonstrated experience in sales in either the pump industry or an engineering environment, in a management capacity. 2. Good at English Speaking, Reading and Writing. 3. Good at Computer MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) 4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 5. Job Scope: 1. Maintain relationship with existing customer in core markets 2. Grow the business by developing new customer and penetrate into new markets 3. Create & focus deployment plans on existing customer/or markets to increase revenue 4. Conduct presentation to promote Building products with end users, design institute and customer 5. Reporting all critical and necessary information in specified territory or market 6. Maintain existing and develop new customer, make sure we are in the vendor list. 7. Deep understand Xylem and competitor's products 8. Finish the negotiation of technical and commercial, meet company and individual target 9. Understand how to trace a project from information to an order 10. Assistant AE or field service for payment collection and solve the problem of job site 11. Cooperate with colleague and submit professional report on time 12.
