Job requirements: - Bachelor degree or above, technical education as engineer - At least 3 years experience in the customer oriented sales service, well-founded experiences in working with End User -Fluently in speaking and writing English, good IT user skills -Sales-oriented behavior, organizational talent, negotiating skills, positive thinking and high level of self motivation
Job tasks: - Regular reporting to the GTAP Manager - Formulation of strategies for the expansion of market shares at key end users and/or OEM - Generation of domestic overall budget for key customers in GTAP - Functional leadership ; regular coaching on the GTAP sales members in general and continuous supporting for newcomers - Active implementation of sales concepts and strategies, and monitoring of the results - Establishment of interpersonal relationships with decision makers ( KMU ) - Cooperation and communication on international level with regard to GTAP Target Customers - Proactive cooperation with domestic development depts. in order to develop customer-oriented solutions, services and concepts - Provision of market relevant Data (market- and competition information) to the GTAP Management - Management of NPDPs (New Product Development Proposals) - 1st escalation level for key customers in all SMC business matters - 1st escalation level within the SMC organization in all matters with regard to the key customers
