岗位职责Job Responsibilities 1、跟踪大客户领域,研究新客户,以开发新的业务机会; Follow the key accounts area of expertise and research new customers, in order to develop new business opportunities. 2、促进战略营销所产生的产品组合的销售; Promote sales of the product portfolio generated by the Strategic Marketing. 3、选择产品类型/质地给客户,为市场和定位提供参考; Select the types of products/texture to the customer for the market and the positioning of reference. 4、提供所有必要的材质信息; Provide all necessary information on textures. 5、为包装、特效、技术、密度等提出解决方案; Propose solutions for packaging, special effects, technologies, compactness, etc. 6、提供市场价格; Provide marketing prices. 7、准备与客户会面,选择产品,了解成本/价格; Prepare meeting customers selecting products with related marketing boards, an idea of cost/ price. 8. 对有能力的客户,跟踪管控每个项目,以实现产品开发直到交付; For customers of competence, will monitor each project in order to realize product development until delivery. 9. 编制预算和滚动预算; Preparation of budget and rolling budget. 10. 监测市场趋势和客户行为; Monitor the market trends and customer behaviours. 11. 上级交办的其他工作。 Other tasks assigned by superior.
任职要求Qualifications 1、本科或以上学历; Bachelors degree or above. 2、5年以上化妆品销售或销售经验; About 5 years experiences in sales or cosmetics. 3、英语读写和口语熟练; Excellent written and spoken English language skills. 4、良好的沟通和人际交往能力,热情和能力发展和维护与客户的有效业务关系。 Good communication and interpersonal skills, passion and ability to develop and maintain effective business relationship with customers.
