Manage the daily operations (as) per the project or production schedule in line with the SPS requirements. 1. Set up the organization and manage the production team (recruitment, coaching, training) 2. Monitor the daily manufacturing operations per business line and balance the workload timely (arrange on site completion job if required) 3. Develop the competency of production team 4. Define and manage annual training plan for production team 5. Manage the expenses (responsible for the budget) Drive productivity at high level with initiatives. Ensure achieving KPI targets of the whole section(Include:Safety-MIR,SO; Quality-MQD,FFR; Efficiency-KE; Productivity-Hourly Rate, DLP etc) 1. Set up and monitor production section KPI system. 2. Set up and monitor production section KPI measurable evaluation system for all of teams and operators. 3. Organize Production section weekly meeting and analysis of KPI according reports. 4. Coach all of production supervisors about achieving KPI targets. Empower production team 1. Set up the clear delegation within production supervisor 2. Define the main responsibility within production team 3. Motivate production team to increase their Self-confidence in their daily tasks SPS deployment 1. Deploy SIM cycle1&2&3, attend daily SIM and hold weekly SIM with all support functions to solve issues quickly. 2. Kaizen Deployment 3. Implement 5S, Visual Management and Suggestion System in all lines. 4. VSM deployment Integration of new business line 1. To facilitate the integration by providing the support to the industrial team. 2. Deploy LIS for new equipments. 3. Improve the new business line to mass production and capacity increase per the plan.
Secure the certification of the QMS and EHS system.
1. Monitor and coaching production to following the ISO9001/14001/OHSAS18001 strictly. Keep the ISO9001/14001/OHSAS18001 running effectively in all lines. 2. Weekly audit per business line and make action plan for finds and deploy it. Qualifications: Strong lean production management Strong communication with influence and convince others Strong process and products knowledge Strong shop-floor management skills, including VSM, 5S, SIM, Kanban, TPM etc. Digital mindset in smart operation Good written & spoken English, MS Office
