Position Overview: Summary: Process sales orders regularly and efficiently to make sure on time delivery. Good demand planning management to align order fulfillment processes to the very competitive China Business environment and commercial strategies. Increase FPY%. Align reasonable operation cost and business benefit base on good relationship to internal & external customers. Coordinate Customer’s complaints and in responsive manner. Scope: On time delivery 1. Process sales orders regularly and efficiently to achieve quality customer service level; 2. Maintain master data in SAP system and ensure its accuracy; 3. Analyze possible problem areas for customers (e.g. incomplete or blocked orders); 4. Analyze customers and its purchasing activities regularly, especially for key customers, offering useful proposals to involved Sales and Dep. Managers; Demand planning 1. Monthly timely forecast analyses & input. Keep on improving on forecast accuracy. 2. Work closely with sales team & planning to review abnormal forecast. 3. NW forecast maintaining & monthly analyses. 4. FG management to align order fulfillment processes to the very competitive China Business environment and commercial strategies. Customer satisfaction (Internal & External) 1. Communicate and cooperate with related departments in HP plant to ensure smooth order fulfillment and on-time delivery; 2. Keep close contact with Sales and Sales Service in each Sales Office to make sure customers’ requests can be transferred, understood and dealt with; 3. Maintain good relationship with those customers being handled and contacted directly by HP plant. 4. Increase FPY%. Align reasonable operation cost and business benefit base on good relationship. 5. Coordinate Customer’s complaints and in responsive manner.
