To promote the supply and installation of the Company product ranges to all specifying bodies, contractors and end users. Prepare and present sales presentations as required using computer-based presentation systems Location Shanghai based initially Key Responsibilities Achievement of agreed state sales budgets, both personally and as a state sales team member. Ensure maximum GP is achieved for all sales Demonstrate complete product and product applications knowledge in terms of latest marketing information, brochure and technical data of all products in Company’s product portfolio. Produce yearly sales budgets and corresponding sales plans and review performances on a monthly basis, taking corrective action as appropriate. Produce monthly sales reports highlighting key achievements and issues Target specific market segments and develop existing and new accounts Use Company’s key account management processes and also liaise with customers in designated territory on behalf of other members of the national sales team Ensure clients in designated geographical territories have fully up to date product information Be prepared to travel to ensure clients in regional/country territories are visited and updated on a regular basis and as so directed by the Construction Business Manager China Follow up and convert to sales any sales leads provided by; CCC, exhibitions, advertising or general sales enquiries or as directed by the Construction Business Manager China. Ensure daily customer and sales appointments information, outcomes and actions are recorded for entry into company CRM database, and synchronized so that CRM reflects accurately information on at least a weekly basis Set up and participate in trade exhibitions as required. Deal effectively with customer and contractor complaints and queries. Understand competitor’s products, sales and marketing strategies and provide appropriate feedback to the Australian Business Managers for both Construction and Transit and place in Pivotal database Develop sales arguments against competitive products Make up sample folders as required when not available Complete expense reports as directed in an accurate and timely manner Any other reasonable task as requested and agreed to 任职资格 Person Specification Previous relevant industry sales experience in; flooring, flooring contracting, building Team Player Practical, ‘hands on’ Willing to learn new software processes and systems as required.
