【Job Description】 1. Gathering Requirements: Gathering & understanding sourcing requirements from our clients. 2. Client Communication & Account Management: *Dealing with our clients on a day-to-day basis & ensuring that the highest level of customer service is provided & to increase sales by helping them expand their product line. (P.S This is not a SALES Job & You DO NOT need to find customers, customers would be assigned by our Sales team). *Keeping the clients updated on the latest status of their sourcing projects and productions through day-to-day emails and calls if required by the client. *Maintaining effective working relationships with the clients. 3. Liaising with the Sourcing Specialists: Working with the sourcing specialists to ensure client’s requirements are clearly understood, products sourced successfully and quality issues resolved.
【Requirements】 1. Required: *Strong command of written and spoken English. (Fluent Level) *Good communication/people skills. *Minimum of 3 years experience in a position where you dealt with “international clients” on a regular basis. This can be in a sourcing or sales position. *Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an international trade company, for e.g. trading company, sourcing company, or China sourcing office of an international company. *Previous client communication experience necessary in the trade field: Can be as an account manager, relationship manager in a B2B company, or sales role.
2. Preferable: *Sales/Account management experience. *Experience working with multiple product categories at the same time. *If you have worked in a Sourcing/Trading company or if you have deep knowledge in the following industries that would be a bonus – Consumer Electronics, Home & Kitchen Products, Furniture, Sports & Outdoors.
【MISSION】 In this position, you will play a key role in our Supply Chain team managing our clients based primarily in the US, Europe & other countries. You will be the link between the sourcing team & clients, helping clients solve their problems and scale their China imports. This role involves significant client communication, therefore good command of written and spoken English is a must, as well as some experience working in the International Trade industry is required.
