1. Participate in product’s qualifications with TCF documents review within scope through the API system and liaise with suppliers in case of any issue or technical enquiry,
2. Collect, review and validate certificates, test reports and documents from suppliers to ensure compliance and safety of products,
3. Facilitate effective co-ordination with all interfaces throughout the reporting progress and customer performance analysis etc.
4. Keep clients updated and monitor the program status, coordinate with QA teams. Participate in clients meetings and support on technical enquiries and technical developments from the customer if necessary.
5. Follow up any issues or non-conformity and participate in continuous improvement with internal / external teams,
6. Undertake any other duties required by the direct manager.

Degree or above in engineering or related discipline工程或相关专业本科以上学历
Fluent in English and Chinese 中英文流利，英语口语流利熟练
At least 2-3 years of product compliance experience至少2-3年的产品合规经验
Experience in product compliance ideally on DIY/Tools/Hardware/Furniture/Decoration/Home Textile products.
***有DIY/小家电/装饰/家纺产品合规经验 ；纺织类专业或电子物理专业毕业优先考虑。
Familiar with product categories regulations and market constraints (Europe is a must, other markets such as Brazil, South Africa, US is a strong plus).
