We are looking for a creative and experienced Clothes Designer to be responsible for the creative direction and design of the company's Clothes line. This position requires strong aesthetic and design skills, familiarity with brand design concepts and trends, the ability to independently complete Clothes design tasks, and maintain good communication and cooperation with the team.
main duty:
- Responsible for the creative guidance and design of the company's Clothes line, and output high-quality design solutions;
- Based on brand positioning and market demand, propose creative design concepts and complete Clothes design tasks;
- Work closely with fabric suppliers and production teams to ensure design solutions are realized and synchronized with production progress;
- Maintain good communication and cooperation with the team to ensure the smooth progress of the project;
- Regularly collect and organize market research, understand industry dynamics and trends, and continuously optimize design solutions.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, fashion design or related professional background, work experience required;
- Proficient in design elements such as color, fabric, tailoring, etc., with keen aesthetic perception and strong design ability;
- Familiar with men's and women's clothing design styles, with certain design creativity and style control capabilities;
- Have good communication skills and teamwork spirit, and be good at maintaining good communication with other departments and teams;

- 熟悉男女装设计风格，具备一定的设计创意和风格把握能力；
- 具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，善于与其他部门和团队保持良好沟通；
