Candidate should have the knowledge below and be able to oversee every stage of garment from design to manufacture.

Should be Sound in technical pattern knowledge.
Knowledge of fitting, grading, sewing and size specification.
Good in communication Chinese as well as English.
Fit evaluation and check final sample as per buyer’s specification.
Can check all stages of sampling, Proto, Seal, size set, including pre-production samples, shipment samples, based on approved final worksheet.
Experience in pattern making, pattern correction.
Have experience in men’s ladies and children’s wear sampling and production.
Suggest changes in specs or pattern when needed, keeping in mind the styling, construction, production ability and achieving consistent quality.
Able to suggest improvements on the garments in order to raise the technical/quality issues.

根据买方的规格要求进行合身评估并检查最终样品。
能根据批准的最终工作表检查所有阶段的样品、原样、封样、尺寸设置，包括生产前样品、装运样品。
有制版、样板修正经验。
有男装、女装和童装打样和生产经验。
在需要时对规格或版型提出修改建议，同时考虑到造型、结构、生产能力和达到稳定的质量。
能够对服装提出改进建议，以解决技术/质量问题。
