岗位职责Job responsibility：

1. 根据新产品开发要求制作新产品样品。
Make NPD samples according to NPD requests.
2. 制作、准备新产品工模具。
Prepare tooling for new grips production.
3. 协调新产品相关事宜，新产品确认和发放。
Coordinate NPD issues, new product validation and release.
4. 负责产品首板和工程报告。
Take in charge of FA and Engineering report.
5. 新模具的测量、检查，确认和发放。
New tooling measurement, inspection, qualification and release.
6. 建立产品清单和模具清单,就产品和模具信息提供支援。
Build products list and molds list， provide products and tools information for supporting
7. 支持QAD，建立产品结构。
Support QAD by building product structures
8. 模具更改确认。
Molds change validation.
9. 材料，模具等的评审。
SER for material, tools and so on.
10. 上司分配的其它任务。
Other jobs that supervisors arrange.

岗位要求Qualifications：
1. 全日制本科学历，机械类相关专业，条件优秀者可放宽至大专；
Full-time bachelor's degree, major in mechanical engineering related, excellent conditions can be relaxed to junior college.
2. 最少2年的工程经验，新产品开发经验优先（橡胶或塑料行业优先）。
Min.2 years experience of engineering work, NPD is preferred. (Rubber/plastic is preferred）.
3. 具成型模具工作经验。
Have experience on working with tooling for molding.
4. 具有优秀的解决问题的技能。
Be good at problem solving techniques.
5. 好的英语说写运用能力。
Good command of English, both speaking and writing.
