岗位职责Job Responsibility：
1. 依据订单信息，设计产品结构及开发模具（模具设计、验证、调试及生产）；
According to the order information design product structure and develop molds (mold design, verification, debugging and production).
2. 协助生产进行异常问题分析及提供技术方案；
Supporting the production to analyze abnormal problems and provide technical solutions.
3. 负责模具的维护、保养及优化工作；
Responsible for the maintenance, and optimization the molds;
4. 协助公司其他项目的技术支持。
Supporting in technical other projects of the company.
岗位要求Qualifications：
1. 全日制专科以上学历 ，机械类相关专业；
Full-time college degree or above, major in mechanical related.
2. 两年以上橡胶模型设计相关工作经验，熟悉橡胶模压、注压结构设计；
More than two years of relevant work experience in rubber model design, familiar with rubber molding and injection pressure structure design.
3. 具备较强的沟通能力与分析能力，有一定解决问题能力，创新能力，试验设计能力；
Strong communication and analytical skills, problem-solving skills, innovation ability, and experimental design ability.
4. 熟悉CAD/Pro’E/Solid work等制图软件；
Familiar with CAD/Pro'E/Solid work and other drawing software,
5. 良好的英文读写能力，具备一定的口语沟通能力；
Good English reading and writing skills，Fluence oral English is preferred.
6. 责任心强，能吃苦耐劳，有志于长期从事橡胶研发或管理工作。
Strong sense of responsibility, able to bear hardships and stand hard work, and are interested in long-term rubber research and development or management.
