岗位职责: 1.Build and update strategic vision roadmap regularly 定期建立和更新产品战略路线图 2.Synthesizes & understands customer needs, regulations & competition moves to translate it into the new products 整合并理解客户需求,法规和竞争策略,并将其转化为新产品 3.Manages or supports the launch of new offers over time, to encourage growth of market share and compatibility with needs, guaranteeing achievement of goals 实时管理或支持新产品的推出,以鼓励市场份额的增长和需求的兼容性,保证目标的实现 4.Build business plan of his / her offer and implement the Marketing Mix (Product, Place, Price and Communication adapted to the offer) 建立所负责产品线的商业计划,并实施营销组合(包括满足其需求的产品,渠道,价格和推广计划) 5.Responsible of sales and guarantees profitability of the offer (price, cost management, etc.) 对全年产线总销售额负责并保证产品的盈利能力(价格、成本管理等) 6.Understand the market and analyze competitors 了解市场,分析竞争对手 7.Develop and implement annual promotion plan, including online and offline promotion 制定和执行年度推广计划,包括线上和线下推广 8.Technical and commercial support to key segments or customers, such as Bidding specification-in, bidding price analysis of competitors, offer the test report and Business Letter. 为重要的细分市场或客户提供技术和商务支持,如投标规范的制定,竞争对手的投标价格分析,提供测试报告和商务信函
任职要求:
1.Bachelor, major in Electrical and Automation preferred, or marketing related 本科以上学历,电气或自动化专业优先,或市场营销相关专业优先 2.Minimum of 3 years experience of Product Management 3年以上产品管理经验 3.Familiar with data center industry, including industry trends, low voltage distribution needs and electrical circuit architecture, industrial meter applications 熟悉数据中心行业,包括行业趋势,低压配电需求以及电气电路架构,工业表计的应用 4.Master basic digital technology knowledge and application ability, with digital system design and optimization ability, with electrical and information technology cross-application ability 掌握基础的数字技术知识和应用能力,具备数字系统设计和优化能力,具备电气与信息技术的交叉应用能力 5.Good marketing sense and very familiar with the methodologies of Marketing 良好的市场营销意识,熟悉市场营销方法 6.Achieve results, structured & pro-active 目标导向,团队精神,积极主动 7.Good communication; Fluent English 良好的沟通;流利的英语
